ER HEALTH, Inc (ERH, Inc) was incorporated as a USA Florida Company on June 14, 2004. It was founded by BIA, Inc as a subsidiary of the BIA Group of Companies. G.R. Baker was its sole Director and founding Chairman/CEO. Mr. Ed Russell was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer at the firm’s initial Board Meeting. Both Officers continue currently in their respective appointed positions.

ERH, Inc. was founded and dedicated with the major objective to serve small and medium manufacturers and producers as a products and materials Selling Agent and/or Manufacturer’s Representative to aid in business expansion for each of its clients. ERH, Inc continues to serve as a marketing and selling arm for the BIA Group and has access to the Group’s network of Associates both in the USA, Japan and East Asia. The firm believes strongly that Buyers should be able to work directly with the manufacturers and producers of products or materials offered for sale. Thus, ERH is positioned to serve both seller and buyer as a supporter, promoter and facilitator as well as a relationship problem solver or go-between.

ERH, Inc has developed a variety of special contacts through working with various levels of the BIA International Group Associates. ERH, Inc also has various skills and capabilities to function as a direct seller of products and services—as well as purchase such for repackaging and/or resale. However, its basic fundamental principles require working directly with and for manufactures and producers. ERH may appoint Associates as a Representative or Agent to conduct such activity. All such appointments are made on a “Success Basis” and with the endorsement of the Agency within the selling chain. It is not ERH, Inc’s long term objective to remain as a Selling Agent within a marketing chain. The firm will continue to promote involvement and direct services between manufacturers and buyer groups rather than continue sales of products for other sales agencies.

ERH, Inc has capabilities to conduct product searches within the USA and East Asia areas for possible export/import. ERH also conducts searches for possible importers or distributors for products produced by its client companies. Therefore, the firm maintains a strong and supportive interest in expanding exports from the USA—with special interests in increasing Japan’s import of American products and materials.
